On July 21, the Taiwan Promotion Conference of Care & Rehabilitation Expo China 2018 was successfully held at Courtyard Taipei.

More than 50 representatives from Taiwan companies including Teh Lin, Karma, Jet Crown, Memstec, Aelite, and well-known media including Taiwan ETtoday, TradeWinds, and Health Essence of Asia also attended the conference, with all seats occupied and lively atmosphere.
Ms. Guo Yuanyuan, Assistant Director of the Industry Promotion Office of the China Assistive Devices Center for Disabled Persons, gave a welcome speech and introduced the background of the Care Expo and a number of new initiatives in the event planning, looking forward to more communication with Taiwan organizations in assistive devices industry.

Mr. Shou Minghua, Founding Director of China Science and Technology Assistive Devices Association, shared the cooperation experience between the Association and the Care Expo for many years, emphasizing the leading position of the Care Expo in the industry. He hoped that the two sides could deepen cooperation continuously to create more opportunities for enterprises.

Ms. Wang Lili, Executive Vice President of Poly (Guangzhou) Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd., shared her speech with the theme of “Poly Great Health Industry Planning”. She also introduced Poly’s health industry development strategy of getting involved in pension industry with a whole industry chain including Hexihui – the institutional pension, Heyuehui – the community and home pension, China International Ageing Industry Expo and Care Expo China – the exhibition platforms, Baolihepin – a professional ageing product platform, and Hexi Sojourn – a professional migratory pension platform.

Care & Rehabilitation Expo China 2018 will be held from October 11
th to 13
th, 2018 at China International Convention Center in Beijing with the theme of “New Era, New Industry, New Opportunity”. The Expo covers an area of 25,000 m
2, and will bring together 350 well-known exhibitors at home and abroad to compete and to display the world’s latest ideas and R&D achievements. The following highlights will be presented splendidly:
- 1. Authoritative Organization, Multi-party Support, Professional Operation
The Expo will be hosted by China Disabled Persons’ Federation, organized by China Assistive Devices Center for Disabled Persons and Beijing Disabled Persons’ Federation, operated professionally by Poly Jinhan Exhibition, and supported strongly by China Foundation for Disabled Persons, China Association of Productivity Promotion Centers, Commercial Office of the Canadian Embassy in China, and Hong Kong Elderly Commission.
2. Blockbuster Appearance of National and Regional Exhibition Groups
The Care Expo has joined hands with the Commercial Office of the Canadian Embassy in China and China Science and Technology Assistive Devices Association for the first time to create Canadian and Taiwanese exhibition groups. International elements will be added to promote efficient interconnection of global resources and to achieve win-win cooperation.
3. Brands of All Product Categories Gathering to Lead Industry Development
So far, brands of prosthesis including Ottobock, Ossur, Reha, Endelai, brands of wheelchair including Kaiyang, Permobil, Dongfang, Kawamura, Matsunaga, brands of visual aids including Rejoin, Guohongkang, Mediworks R. G., brands of hearing aids including Resound, AST, Acosound, brands of rehabilitation including Renaijiahe, Xiangyu, Qianjing, Aooman Happy & Health, Bao Li Kang, Tiger, brands of care vehicles including Maxus, Shenzhen Canyou, Jing Ling Shun, and brands of wearable robots including Fourier, Ai-robotics, Mile Bot, Goodoing have already stationed in the Expo center.

With a strong brand effect, audience from multiple fields including R&D, service, procurement and investment of the assistive devices industry gathered at the Care Expo to visit and purchase the products.
